Like other standard preschools, we adhere to the ideals of Maria Montessori merged with our socio-religious contextual demands. Objective oriented activity-based learning will be focused to prepare a whole child to meet the upcoming challenges of schooling along with sociability. Along with Intelligence Quotient, Emotional, Social and Adversity Quotients will be our prime targets in school curriculum. Moreover, skill-based Learning Objectives will be focused upon as per Single National Curriculum.

For our own students-The Alphas we have The Alpha Council, where participation in hands-on practices in different clubs and societies are ensured for every single child to groom them dynamically to meet the challenges of the modern world and develop The Alpha-leadership skills. For The Alphas specifically and for all generally we have taken a start with Capacity Building Program where they are provided with counseling sessions like personality grooming, facing an interview, presentation skills etc. For our teachers-The Alpha Teachers specifically and for all generally we have a Professional Development plan where training sessions are conducted.

We have organized a social club for mothers with the name of The Alpha Mothers, where it is tried to  provide them with the acute awareness regarding schooling and parenting. Moreover, it's a platform where mothers get together to enjoy, celebrate and participate in different events along with their children.
